My Great Twenty Eighth ~ Birthday Happenings!

Stopppppppppp right there and listen to me. Guess what? I am now TWENTY EIGHT!
Can you believe it? I can't believe it! Can you believe it?

I'm the youngest sibling and, until my baby nieces arrived in this world, I was always the 'baby' of the family. Numbers like TWENTY EIGHT sound very unreal to me. You know, like ... my sis and my bro are supposed to be those numbers, not me, right? They're very big-sibling-ish numbers, right? Butttttttt look at this, it is 2019 and I am now 28! Woaaaaaaaaaah. Woaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh! I am twenty eight!!! And it's making me so happy! Hahahahahahaha! I don't understand what's the fuss about people not liking aging ... at least for now I'm happy being a 'big adult-ish' person - you know, like what I've always considered my siblings to be! It's like, "Wow, I'm the age my siblings were now!" Wow wow wow wow wow wow!!!!

And I had such a fantabulous birthday!!! It was EVERYTHING I wanted it to be. I binged on some serious deliciousness and got my relaxing alone time and spent it with the people I love the most. Abbie arranged an adorable DONUT themed birthday party for me and I got my donut birthday cake that I had wanted since forever! Such a good birthday!!! And obviously if I didn't blog about it it never happened, right? So I'm here to show off all the deets!

My morning breakfast was deliciousness!!! I got myself a personal little cup of Cocoa Puffs! Since I'm forever weight conscious and on a diet I hardly ever get to devour such deliciousness. Birthdays are the perfect excuses to binge of course. I also munched a couple of my favorite spicy chips while I waited for the puffs to make the milk chocolatey! Perfect breakfast - I wish I could do this everyday!

Then I slept a bit more and woke up to Abbie saying, "Bestie wake up, chai!" I opened my eyes and ta daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa - intensely adorable and brilliant looking donut mug greeted me! Abbie got me the donut mug of my dreams! By the way is donut's spelling incorrect if you type it as donut and doughnut? Ahem. Back to the point: along with the mug was the sweetest note from Abbie that said, " Stooge! You are my 'hole' world and I 'donut' know what I would do without you! Happy Birthday!" It was such an aww moment my eyes actually welled up with tears! Best sister everrrrrr!

Take a look at that gorgeous mug! If there was ever a mug made for me it was this for sure!

Oh and in case you were wondering what is playing on the TV in the background it was Scream! Abbie and I were watching the classic from our childhood on my birthday! Abbie is head over heels in lurrrrrrrrrrve with Skeet Ulrich and it is sooooo much fun teasing her whenever he comes on screen! Hahahahahahahahaha!

Then I went ahead and showered and dressed up and dolled up, wearing my Amortentia shirt. Of course on my special day I just have to have Harry Potter in my life!

My darling Abbie had previously asked me what I'd like to eat for lunch on my birthday. I'm veryyyyyy easily pleased. I wanted instant noodles and spring rolls. Abbie threw in masala fries and chicken nuggets and I was the happiest person on earth.

Noodles meet Saraallie. Saraallie meet noodles.
INSTANT LOVE AFFAIR!

And after that brilliant lunch I got my peaceful birthday - the one I had wished desperately for. The babies were gone to Nani's house. It was just Abbie and I and our mugs full of comforting chai. I got my 'waiting on my letter from Hogwarts' mug out because it made so much more sense on the birthday! Hahaha! I spent the rest of the afternoon in peace with my laptop in front of me, my Abbie beside me, and happiness inside my heart. *sighs*

The coziness of the afternoon continued through the evening when I walked my brilliant self to get a plate full of extremely delicious food. Dinner was from Kabob N Karhai. I love that place. The Seekh Kababs have my heart and I'm in love with their Karhai. Recently, I've fallen head over heels in love with their Cholay too. We had bro get the food for us and at dinner time I indulged. Hot, soft, delicious Naan with Seekh Kababs, Cholay, and Karhai that were a melange of intensely exotic flavors. Mmmmm ... heaven. But it did not stop there ... the best part was yet to follow ...

Abbie did this. All of it. The cake, the decor, the happiness. BEST SISTER IN THE WORLD!!! My Donut themed birthday was celebrated once we were all done with dinner. There were birthday cards, my birthday balloon, a donut shaped candle, Abbie's adorable and super beautiful Chunky Donuts Cake, my donut shaped mug, cute trinket boxes, an Eiffel Tower ceramic figure, and lots of love all around. I blew the candle and welcomed the start of the twenty eighth year of my life and then cut into the gorgeous cake. Finally, I was seen stuffing my face with delicious chocolate cake and chunks of those yummy donuts. HAPPIEST PERSON ON EARTH THAT NIGHT!!!!

Gorgeousness! Abbie, I love you so much. This was SO pretty and so delicious!

Wishing myself a great twenty eighth!
Hope this year is fantabulous for me!
