Number Twelve Grimmauld Place

The London front recreated at Universal Resort's Universal Studios was as fabulous as I could have imagined, and more. The King's Cross station had a music records and book shop next to it. Then followed the entrance to Diagon Alley through the Leaky Cauldron. Abbie and I continued to walk onwards and that is when we caught sight of it. It was a handsome building with a white ground floor exterior topped with three more brick adorned stories. Everything about this building was ordinary except a single section. It was The Grimmauld Place.

This entry belongs to the Bestie Times and the Potterhead labels

The door that flashed the number twelve at Abbie and me was nothing like the rest of the building's doors. This section of the building was darker. The bricks were grayish black instead of the colored ones besides them. We knew in an instant what this was of course. Potterhead geniuses, that's right. It was Number Twelve Grimmauld Place!

Once again, I was in awe of how full of life each and every inch of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando was. Number Twelve really looked like the building had just appeared out of nowhere, as if none of the Muggles would be able to see it. I loved it! But wait, there was more ... this place had a secret that I'd read online about before traveling.

Abbie and I stood there with our cameras ready long enough to spot it. A very sulky Kreacher peeked out from behind the curtain, wrinkling his nose at us! Woah, how rude, but I still like you!
Just like Kreacher's overly enthusiastic greeting, there are other secrets (or rather less obviously placed things) to experience at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Orlando Florida. Abbie and I had a mega fun BestieTime exploring around and I really wish and pray I get a chance to be fascinated by the parks' magic once again sometime soon!
