Today, I officially declare the start of a fantabulously magical celebration.

Today, my good people, I declare POTTERIFIC JULY!!!!

*and the crowd goes wiiiiillllddddd*

This is the third year I'm celebrating Potterific July and I am super excited!!! For those who have never heard of my awesomeness before (ahem ahem!) here's the deal ... so every year I honor the entire month of July by celebrating it in the most Potterific way possible! As I said last year, "It is just my way of honoring the best fandom in the universe, a fandom that has proven to be a big support in my life. Harry Potter and its fans have lifted me whenever I needed lifting, brightened my life whenever a dull moment occurred, and shown love whenever hopelessness prevailed. Harry Potter isn't just some story anymore - Harry Potter is my lifestyle, my lifeline, my life support system. It is how I unwind, it is how I destress, it is how I feel accepted and emotionally supported and liked and loved. The Harry Potter fandom is like family ... and in July, when Harry celebrates his birthday, I celebrate this glorious family, this beautiful bond, this timeless tale."

Potterific July includes so much awesome! Throughout the month I will post all kinds of Potter stuff on my blog. I'll be talking Harry Potter through discussions, writing about my Potterific thoughts and opinions, sharing my favorite quotes from the books and movies, showing off some of the new Harry Potter merch I've added to my collection, and I will also be hosting my #PotterificJuly Instagram Challenge - the popular thirty one day long picture challenge that has always been so loved by Potterheads from all across the globe!!! I am super duper duper excited! I think I said that already? Hahaha! WELLLL, I am!!! It's been a crazy year and each day has felt like a Dementor attack in itself. How I've managed to conjure my Patronus and get away from the ultimate Dementor's kiss, is a miraculous mystery! I need this July to be as Potterific as possible to get me out of this Azkaban!!! Here's to a POTTERIFIC JULY!!! *Butterbeer cheers*
